Division of Blood Transfusion Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery Academy of Medical Sciense of Ukraine invites everyone to donate blood and plasma to save thousands of seriously ill children and adults.
The donor must be healthy, have a passport from Kiev and have a registration age from 18 to 60 years.

Hospitalization in specialized departments of the Institute takes place daily (except holidays and weekends) from 8.30 to 16.00.
Types of pathology, that patient can be hospitalized with :
congenital heart diseases
acquired heart diseases
coronary heart disease
pathology of the thoracic aorta
myocardium pathology to be surgically corrected
Consultation, diagnostics and treatment at the Institute are carried out :
for patients, citizens of Ukraine - free of charge (due to the State Budget of Ukraine);
for patients, not citizens of Ukraine - for a fee, unless otherwise provided for by existing international treaties and legislation in force;

For hospitalization it is necessary to have :
an identity card with information about the place of registration (residence permit)
medical indications for hospitalization
consultation of the Institute clinics
no contraindications for surgery
in addition, for adults :
the conclusion of the doctor-endoscopist about the result of esophagogastroduodenoscopy
chest X-ray photograph (not older than 1 month)
for children :
a certificate of sanitary-epidemiological environment
